One-on-One Leadership Coaching provides personalized, confidential coaching tailored to your specific leadership challenges, goals, and season of life. These private sessions are designed for individuals who want focused attention, deeper reflection, and clear action steps. This coaching experience meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and preparation involved in each coaching session, the following policy applies to all private and group coaching engagements: Coaching sessions should be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. Requests to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the session will be considered a late cancellation. No changes or cancellations are permitted within 12 hours of the scheduled session time. Sessions missed or changed within this window will be counted as a completed session. Clients who miss a session without notice will forfeit that session.
