Leadership Roundtables are structured, recurring group coaching sessions designed to help individuals move from intention to execution. Through focused discussion, coaching prompts, and peer accountability, participants tackle real leadership challenges, strengthen decision-making, and develop habits that drive sustainable results. This format offers the insight of professional coaching combined with the perspective and accountability of a trusted peer group.
Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and preparation involved in each coaching session, the following policy applies to all private and group coaching engagements: Coaching sessions should be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. Requests to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the session will be considered a late cancellation. No changes or cancellations are permitted within 12 hours of the scheduled session time. Sessions missed or changed within this window will be counted as a completed session. Clients who miss a session without notice will forfeit that session.
